Scope of Instruction: Participant understands that the workshops, sessions, and presentations offered during the ASEAN Contrology Convention 2026 (the “Convention”), organized by The Pilates Method @House of Cheeva (the “Organizer”), are limited to the instruction of Classical Pilates, Contrology, and related fitness disciplines as presented by our international and local presenters.

Physical Demands and Risk: Participant understands that the Convention involves physical activity which may be strenuous. Participant acknowledges that even with professional instruction, participation in these workshops involves an inherent risk of injury.

Release of Liability: Participant voluntarily accepts the risk of injury and agrees to release The Pilates Method @House of Cheeva, its proprietors, management, staff, international presenters, and contractors from any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Participant (including, without limitation, bodily injury, mental injury, or economic loss). This release applies to any loss arising out of attendance or participation in any session at the Convention, provided such loss does not arise from gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizer.

Health Responsibility: It is the Participant’s responsibility to consult a physician regarding their physical ability to participate in the Convention. Participant attests that they have no physical, medical, or emotional condition that would prevent safe participation.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Thailand, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Participant understands that the Convention operates on a fixed schedule. Due to the nature of international event planning and limited capacity, all bookings are subject to the Organizer’s specific refund and cancellation policy as stated on the official website: https://www.aseancontrologyconvention.com/.

Charity Aspect: Participant acknowledges that a portion of the proceeds from this Convention will support the promotion of Pilates education in Myanmar.

Consent: By registering, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
